Each custom artwork is meticulously crafted with care, tailored to the photo you provided and capturing the essence of your pet.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges as items are made to order.

While it is a rare occurrence, there may be instances where our portraits sustain damage during transit. Kindly inform us immediately upon receiving your order, providing a photo of both the parcel and the damaged item.
